When you request a free guide or other resource, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use it for your own professional development. You may not share the file publicly, post it online, or redistribute it. You are welcome to point colleagues to the Site so they can request their own copy.
If your school, healthcare organization, or employer engages us to deliver or license the Program, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement.
Some programs, consultations, and services are offered for a fee. Pricing, payment terms, and cancellation and refund terms for any paid offering are set out in the proposal, invoice, enrollment confirmation, or written agreement provided to you at the time of purchase. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the terms provided at purchase control for that offering. Free resources are provided without charge.

If you send us questions, feedback, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Site and Program without obligation to you. We will not publish your name or a testimonial from you without your permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services (for example, social media platforms and website, form, and email providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
NurseLaunch™ is an independent program of ValentineGroupHealth, LLC. References to Dr. Valentine's past positions, employers, schools, or professional affiliations, and to schools or organizations named in testimonials, describe professional background or participant experience only. They do not mean that any such organization, any government agency (including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs), or any board of nursing or professional association sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with the Site or Program.
The Site and Program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValentineGroupHealth, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, employment opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Program will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Program in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValentineGroupHealth, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Program.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or Program at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
We want the Site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site or its materials, contact us using the details at the end of this page and we will work with you to provide the information in an accessible format.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. By using the Site you agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Program.
